What do I need?
A phone to film your work, plus the PitchSafe app and the Den × FCS app, where your program, videos and check-ins live. Access to a field, cage or weight room helps; your coach builds the plan around what you have.
How does the video feedback work?
Upload clips of your bullpens, BP or lifts in the Den × FCS app. Your coach reviews them and sends back notes and drills.
How often do I talk to my coach?
You’ll have regular scheduled check-ins, plus feedback on every video you send. 24/7 text access as well.
Is the assessment virtual or in person? Do I need to have trained at The Den before?
Either one, and no. Out-of-town athletes do it by video; local athletes or anyone home on break can come in. New athletes start with an assessment, and we build the plan from there.
How fast will I get my program?
Within 48 hours of your assessment, in the Den × FCS app.
Will this clash with my current team’s program?
No. Your coach builds around your team’s schedule and workload and adjusts during the season. We workload manage for YOU.
What does “breaks covered” mean?
When you’re home for Thanksgiving, winter, spring or summer break, you can train in person at The Den with no surcharge, so your program keeps going.
How does physical therapy access work?
Dr. Belski, former San Francisco Giants physical therapist, is available to Remote athletes virtually or in person for arm-care questions, screens and return-to-throw plans. Ask your coach or James to set it up.
What if I get hurt or my arm is sore?
Tell your coach right away. We’ll adjust your program and get you in touch with Dr. Belski for an online consultation.
What happens after 3 months?
Your plan continues for another round. Around week 10 we’ll review your re-test results with you and plan the next block.
Can I switch to an in-gym membership later?
Yes. If you move back home or want more in-person time, we’ll move you to Premier, Elite or Ultimate.
